Process and Timeline for the test
Steps from application to test results reporting

STEP1
- Fill out the application form

Visit application form page from the link below. Select which level you apply for and fill out required items in the application form.
*You need to register membership and sign in from your account to apply.

STEP2
- Test fee payment
- Choose the payment method and fill in all the required information

STEP3
- Your application has been completed
- Once you have completed the application, confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

STEP4
- Delivery of test voucher for G-ken
- Test voucher will be sent to you by post at least 1 week prior to your scheduled test date. We will inform you by e-mail when the test voucher has been sent out.

STEP5
- Take the test
- Please check your test date and test venue on your test voucher

STEP6
- Notiification of test results
- Test results will be sent to you by post in about 1.5 - 2 months.
Notes
- If you are applying as a group member of a company or a school, please contact the representative of your group to apply.
- Please find your test venue on your test voucher.
- Please be informed that applicants are responsible for the transfer fee.

Please note that test fee is not refundable after the payment.
Be sure to check the level and the fee of the test you are applying for before the payment.
- Please check the information on your test voucher carefully when you receive it. Your test venue and what to bring on the test day are described in your test voucher.
- Please contact us at following contact number if you haven't received your test voucher by a week before the scheduled test date.
